This website — www.cubestay.sg / www.cubehotels.com.sg (“Website”) — is owned and operated by RB HOSPITALITY PTE LTD (“the Company”). Your access to the Website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices, and disclaimers contained here and elsewhere on the Website (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”). By using the Website, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

1. Interpretation

Unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Arrival Date – The date the guest’s stay at our hotel begins.
  • Reservation – A confirmed booking for accommodation for a specific period.
  • Reservation Details – Booking-related information including number of guests, rooms, stay duration, and special requests.
  • Charges – Payments due for the booking.
  • Guest – The person browsing the website or who has made a booking and will be staying at the hotel.
  • Hotel – Properties under the CUBE Hotel Group, as stated in the booking.

2. Reservations

  • Reservations can be made through www.cubehotels.com.sg or by contacting hotel staff directly.
  • Guests must provide valid identification details during booking.
  • Group bookings for 16 or more people must be made directly through the hotel.
  • A booking is only confirmed when a reservation reference is issued.
  • Name changes on reservations are not allowed unless approved by the hotel.
  • The hotel may reject guests whose names do not match the reservation.

3. Fees and Payment

  • Charges vary depending on room type and stay period.
  • Quoted charges cover accommodation only. Additional services (e.g., meals, drinks) are charged separately.
  • Full prepayment is required to confirm a reservation.
  • Additional charges must be paid during the stay or at checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
    • Cash
    • PayPal

4. Cancellations

  • Guests may cancel at any time, but the hotel follows a non-refundable policy.
  • Refunds are considered only under special circumstances:
    • Medical emergencies with hospitalization (supported by medical certificate).
    • Death of an immediate family member (supported by death certificate).

5. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: 12:00 PM (Noon)

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges. Failure to check out on time without prior notice may result in late fees or extra night charges.

6. Hotel Rules

  • A valid passport is required for check-in.
  • Guests must act responsibly and avoid disturbing others. Misconduct may result in being asked to leave.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited within the hotel.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused by their negligence.
  • Pets are not allowed in guestrooms or on the property.

7. Disclaimers and Liability

The hotel is not excluded from liability in the case of:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The hotel is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to factors outside of its control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, extreme weather). In such cases, either party may cancel the booking with notice.

8. Personal Data

  • CUBE Hotel Group respects guest privacy and complies with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).
  • By booking, guests consent to the collection and use of personal data including:
    • Name, email, ID number, address, phone number, payment details, IP address.

This data will be used for:

  • Reservation processing
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Product development statistics

CUBE Hotel Group may share this data with business partners for promotional purposes. Guests agree to receive marketing messages via email, phone, text, and digital platforms.

9. General

These Terms & Conditions may be updated without prior notice. The terms effective at the time of booking will apply.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under Singapore law. The courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any related disputes.
