From the airport, board the East-West line and make a transfer at Tanah Merah MRT to travel to Bugis MRT station. Take Exit B. Walk along North Bridge Road pass Raffles Hospital and Village Hotel, then access Arab Street followed by Bussorah Street. The walk takes around 10 minutes.

Purchase of attraction tickets
You can purchase discounted attraction tickets to Gardens by the Bay, Universal Studios Singapore, Singapore Zoo etc. via our travel partner Klook.
Money Changer and ATMS
Many places in Singapore including some food courts and taxis will accept payment using credit cards. However, it is useful to have some cash with you. You can exchange foreign currency at several licensed money changers across the city. There are automated teller machines (ATMs) located around the city too. Do enquire at our Reception for a convenient one near you.

For CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel at Chinatown and CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel at Kampong Glam:
Early check-in (i.e. before 3:00 PM) or Late check-out (i.e. after 12:00PM): +$10 per hour
For CUBE Family Boutique Capsule Hotel at Chinatown:
Early check-in (i.e. before 3:00 PM) or Late check-out (i.e. after 12:00PM): +$20 per hour
All early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability. For such requests, please email reservations@cubestay.sg to check for availability.

Luggage Storage
Guests may arrive earlier and leave their luggage at the premises. The hotel may store your luggage for a maximum of 24 hours upon check-in and check-out.
Payment Policy
For direct booking and walk-ins, a full 100% payment is required upon booking. We accept various currencies through Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Credit and Debit Cards, with applicable bank fees.
For walk-ins, we accept cash payment too (in SGD currency only).
Cancellation Policy
- For direct bookings, guests are required to notify the hotel at any time if they wish to cancel their reservation. For any cancellation or modifications received less than 30 days of arrival, 100% full stay charge applies. In case of no show, 100% full stay charge applies.
- For reservations made through third-party websites, guests are required to contact the third party directly for any changes such as amendments or cancellations. This applies to change of dates, extension of stay, early check out, delay of arrival or cancellation in full or in part.
- The exact cancellation deadline of your reservation depends on the policy specified for the reservation at the time of booking.
Check-In Policy
- A valid government-issued identification or passport is required upon check-in for all staying guests.
- Guests must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
- For Family rooms, a cash deposit of S$100 for each night of stay or a valid credit card is required upon check-in for incidentals, in addition to full payment of room and tax. Debit cards cannot be used for the deposit.
- Official check-in time is at 3pm, and official check-out time is at 12 noon. Kindly note that early check-in and late checkout requests are subject to availability.
- A fee of $20 is applicable for the replacement of a lost CUBE Physical Key Card.
Check-in with CUBE Mobile App
- You may use the CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel Mobile Check-in App (Web App, For Android, For iPhone) to register 6 days prior to your check-in date, and check-in on the day itself.
- All staying guests must have a valid credit card for incidental deposit. This will be in the form of a pre-authorization hold in which amounts are S$20 per capsule and S$100 per family room. Subject to an inspection of the property upon check-out, the pre-authorization hold will be released the day after check-out, and takes up to 30 days processing by the bank.
- To complete the pre-arrival registration form and for verification during check-in, a valid passport is necessary for you and your guests. All staying guests are required to submit their passports in the Mobile Check-in App to be issued a mobile key.
- By completing the Registration on the Mobile Check-in App, you agree to all the terms listed in the Hotel Policy and Privacy Policy.
Check-Out Policy
- Official check-in time is at 3pm, and official check-out time is at 12 noon. Kindly note that early check-in and late checkout requests are subject to availability.
- Exceeding the check-out time without notifying the front desk in advance will result in extra charges, including but not limited to, late check-out fees and additional nights charges.
- You may use the Mobile Check-in App to check-out. Once you have checked-out, your Digital Key will be revoked for you and your guests.
- If you require a copy of the invoice, please approach our front desk for assistance.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel premises. Any individual who is caught smoking within the hotel premises shall be liable to a fine of SGD1,000 nett.
No Pets Allowed
You are not permitted to bring your pet to CUBE, as our facilities are not equipped to accommodate pets of any kind. However, if you are traveling with a service animal, please email our team in advance so that we can make arrangements for an appropriate room.
Accomodating Children
For guests traveling with children, we invite you to book with us at CUBE Family @ Chinatown. Our accommodations feature ensuite bathrooms and child-friendly facilities in our common areas for your convenience. Guests 6 years and older must use an extra bed which will incur an additional charge.
Please note that CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel @ Kampong Glam and CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel @ Chinatown do not permit the accommodation of children. Only guests aged 18 years and above are welcome to stay.
Parking Lots
There is no parking available at CUBE Hotels. Please inquire at our Reception for advice on nearby car parks.
Complimentary Amenities
CUBE provides several amenities, including shampoo and body wash in the bathrooms, bottled water upon check-in, dental kit, and more. Towels are available for use. If you need other items such as ear plugs, please don’t hesitate to ask, and we can either provide it for you or advise you on where to purchase it.
Luggage Storage Service
CUBE offers private lockers of varying sizes, with most accommodating standard carry-on luggage (24″ x 26″). In-capsule safes are also available for your smaller valuables. If you require alternative luggage storage options, please speak with our Reception Team.

Complimentary breakfast is offered at CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotels.

Food Options
Our hotels do not have on-site restaurants, but all CUBE Hotels are conveniently located within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. If you prefer to have food delivered, please inquire with our Reception staff about the various food delivery services available.
CUBE Boutique Capsule Hotel @ Chinatown features an on-site bar offering snacks and drinks throughout the day. It is also situated above the world’s first hawker awarded one Michelin Star – Liao Fan Hawker Chan Chicken Rice.
Free Internet and Wi-Fi
Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is available hotel-wide.
Universal Power Adapters
Every CUBE capsule has an in-built universal power adapter, as well as USB inputs.
Laundry Facilities
CUBE offers on-site laundry facilities including washers and dryers that are pay-per-use.
No Food and Drinks in Capsules
For Capsules:
Consumption of food and drinks are not allowed in the rooms and capsules. Eating and drinking are only permitted in the lounge area.
Strictly no durians are allowed in any of our outlets. A fine of minimum SGD500 will be imposed if durians are found.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel premises. Any individual who is caught smoking within the hotel premises shall be liable to a fine of SGD 1,000 nett.
Alcohol Policy
Drinking of alcohol is permitted at the lounge area only for CUBE Capsule @ Chinatown and CUBE Family @ Chintatown.
Drinking of alcohol is not permitted at CUBE Capsule @ Kampong Glam.
Any guest who appears to be intoxicated will not be served alcohol or admitted to the property. Guests who are deemed to be severely intoxicated will be asked to leave the premises, with no refund for the remaining stay.
A minimum fine of SGD500 will be imposed for any damages caused by intoxicated guests, including physical damage to property and incidents such as vomiting within the premises.
Noise Guidelines
To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, CUBE upholds a strict zero tolerance to parties and excessive noise. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party or exceeding the numbers of permitted guests will be requested to leave the hotel without refund.
Visiting Guests
Non-registered visiting guests are only allowed at the reception area and are not permitted to enter the guest rooms. All visitors must leave the premises by 10:00 PM.
Those found guilty for the offense of criminal trespass face a prison term of up to three months, a fine of up to S$1,500, or both.
Capsule Guideline
Guests are expected to strictly follow the capsules assigned to them in order not to cause inconvenience to another arriving guest.
Only 1 guest is allowed in a Single Capsule and max 2 guests are allowed in the Queen Capsule. If
there is an additional traveling companion, he or she has to make a reservation for another bed.
Lights off Timing
The main lights in the capsule rooms will be turned off at 12 midnight. The ambient lights will remain dimly switched on. We kindly ask that you keep your volume down after 10:00 PM to avoid disturbing other guests.
Housekeeping Arrangements
Bed linens and towels will be replaced upon request as part of our commitment to sustainability. If you have specific preferences, please inform our reception before 12 noon.
Similarly, for Family rooms requesting room makeup, please approach our reception.
Damage of Property
CUBE reserves the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage or soiling, caused by accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel’s property or structure. You shall be liable for any loss or damage caused by you or your visitor(s) at the hotel.
Loss and Found
Any lost and found item(s) will be kept for 60 days from check out date. Item(s) will be handed to the Police Division where the hotel is situated if the guest fails to collect within the stated period.
